Lead end-to-end D365 F&O implementation across Finance and Supply Chain for a global operation. Manage the SAP to Dynamics 365 migration — data migration, integration, and cutover. Oversee SAP SuccessFactors for HR and POS deployment on D365 Commerce. Build Power Apps offline solutions on Dataverse and Power Automate for field teams without connectivity. Established the release management strategy and support model for D365, Commerce, and Power Platform.
Managed the Digital Learning Ecosystem team through platform enhancement, stabilization, and scale-up. Implemented the eLearning platform across missions in Africa and the Middle East.
